The screen shot you provided is next to useless. For a better evaluation please provide a screen shot while "doing" a 25 player boss (any boss). Worst case a screen shot while PVPing in a battle ground, in-action.

-Really?, seriously. How much effort did you actually put into this application? I don't see how anyone who says they want to join a guild cause the players seems to have good gear would ever get an invite.
